A new restaurant in Utah with five locations along the Wasatch. A Sandwich, Soup, and Salad restaurant that uses local, organic, grass fed, no hormones or antibiotics. They have vegan and vegetarian options, gluten free, as well as grass fed organic beef and pastured organic chicken. The flavors of the items I have tried are fantastic.
