SLEEP

 Getting enough high quality sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your mental and physical health, as well as your quality of life. Sleep deficiency can lead to a decrease in cognitive function, mood swings, depression, and increased risk for high blood pressure, obesity, stroke, heart disease, etc.

There are numerous things you can do to improve your sleep quality and duration. It is all about creating a consistent routine. Some simple things you can do are don't drink caffeine after 2 pm, turn off all electronic devices 1 hour before  bed, cool your bedroom off at night, make sure it is void of any light, keep your phone out of your bedroom so your not checking it before you sleep,  You will notice a big improvement in your cognitive mental health, mood, energy, weight, motor skills, etc. Further tips below:
