WHAT I EAT


I get asked a lot what I eat. It is basically a high fat, low sugar, low-moderate protein, low lectin plan utilizing intermittent fasting for cellular and mitochondrial health. Based on everything I have read it is the best program for reducing disease and improving vitality.
