The latest research shows that at least 150 minutes per week of a combination of aerobic exercise and strength training can reduce your risk by up to 50%. What type is best? Whatever you like (swimming, biking, hiking, tennis, etc.) 150 minutes is easy to accomplish, try 30 minutes per day x 5 days per week or 50 minutes per day x 3 days per week.
