INTERMITTENT FASTING Basic Rules

Rules for IF to increase healthspan and lifespan. 1. Don't eat or drink any calories during the first hour of your day. 2. Don't eat 3 hours before bed. 3. Eat most of your calories early in your eating window (especially protein). 4. don"t do the exact same fast every day.
