SPRINTS
Sprints are the most efficient form of exercise. They are great for fat loss, building muscle, and maintaining your fast twitch motor units, I try to do them 4-6 days per week. If you have joint issues they can be done on a bike, rower, skier, or any machine that has a power (watts) measurement.
